GEORGIA

FIOP gives support to an exchange programme in Georgia to encourage the integration of the Armenian minority. We have also organised two Seminars in Ilia Schavchavadze University, in Tbilisi.

PALESTINE

FIOP started to work in Palestine on 1995. Since then, we've helped to build the Alkarama Residence for Orphan Children, we give support the Spanish Palestinian High Training Institute (SPHTI) and the Communal Centre for Women and Children of Jericho.

PERU

FIOP has carried out several projects with Anta Municipality to reduce the huge inequalities that still exist in Peru and to improve the standard of living of those most affected by poverty: rural and indigenous communities. Right now we are working on a waste treatment project.

EQUATORIALGUINEA

With the support of the CityHall of L'Hospitalet, FIOP organises an annual seminar in Equatorial Guinea. These deal with different social and political issues and aim to create a free and open debate within Guinean society. This year we are also organising a Seminar about Equatorial Guinea in L'Hospitalet.t.

SPAIN

FIOP has two ongoing cooperation projects in Catalonia: "Get hooked to work", for the social and professional reinsertion of drug addicts, and a health programme for teenagers with "Tot Raval".
